Now what?

Every landlord is asking themselves this question.  Like a good piece of baklava, there are many layers to the simple question.  The hardest part is hammering them down in a logical manner.

Here’s one way we have found to help you clarify your thinking.

Break up the question into 4 criteria:

  • Operational
  • Liquidity
  • Revenue Outlook
  • Valuation Impact

Then for each Criteria, rate what’s happening with your rental property.  This will light a fire in your belly–you’ll survive this long term.  Or, it will illuminate some areas for you to investigate further.
